3. Product Descriptions & Condition of Books

We take great care to describe all books accurately, including details of condition, edition, binding, and any known defects. However, the majority of our books are second-hand or antiquarian, and natural signs of age, wear, or previous ownership are to be expected unless stated otherwise.

Photographs form part of the description. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP £. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but prices will not change once an order has been accepted.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. If an item is listed in error or is no longer available, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

7. International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.

8. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to discuss reasons for returning the product - if there is an issue with the quality, Folios Ltd will offer options to the customer, including refunds, discounts or returns.

Once the item has been received and inspected by Folios Ltd, refunds will be issued using the same payment method at purchase. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased.

If the customer has changed their mind about the purchase, they will be liable to pay for the return shipping costs, but will receive a full refund from the original purchase cost.

9. Cancellations

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. However, orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
