The work is a treatise about Arabic linguistics written by Abu Mansur Abd Al-Malik Bin Ismail Al-Thaalbi Al-Naysaburi. It is edited here for the first time by the Lebanse scholar Rashid Al-Dahdah, who resided in France.
Besides the linguistic aspects of this work, the author describes the different kind of horses, their voices, and their characters.
