This is the first full record of the negotiations between the British Petroleum Company and the American Gulf Oil Corporation with the Kuwaiti government for signing the oil Concessions to the two companies. The author attended the negotiations and was one of the signatories to the agreements. This study includes numerous notes and documents including the author’s own comments.
