Synopsis
Album of drawings and notes made by Adolphe Larreguy in 1861 during various journeys. The entire first part is devoted to Lebanon and Syria, in 11 original pencil drawings for Lebanon and 5 from Syria, representing landscapes, and two watercolors representing people in traditional costumes.
Followed by geological notes on France, of lesser interest, a few various drawings (including Bonifacio), and finally the handwritten copy of the account of Larréguy’s trip to Oceania in the years 1860-70.
