Synopsis
The well known British critic and poet started his travels in the Arab world in 1927 visiting Morocco. In 1956 he travelled to Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Iran, Iran , Turkey and Egypt. In this work Sitwell tried to put into perspective his vision of Arab and Islamic culture.
