Synopsis

Yuhanna Abakarius (died 1889), an Armenian author who served as a dragoman at the British consulate in Beirut. He published several literary books including an English-Arabic dictionary, Nuzhat al-Khawater, and al-Tuhfa al-Nafisa fie al-Nawadir al-Nafisa.
